Workshop Level - Intermediate: Able to design and create simple projects with minimal guidance; trained on all studio equipment.

Students will mosaic and grout a wooden bird house that will be provided by Instructor. Glass and grout to be provided by instructor. Students will pay the instructor $16 the first day of class for supplies provided by the instructor.  It will be helpful to review some design ideas in advance.

General supplies to bring to class:

Day One:

• Glass cutting tools: Toyo Cutter, Running Pliers, Grozers, Nippers, Cutting Surface (Quilt-type mats work best)
• Glues: Weldbond Glue
• Writing Tools: Black Sharpies (fine and regular), Pen & Pencil
• Rags
• Tweezers
• Painters Tape
• SAFETY ITEMS REQUIRED: Safety Glasses, Closed-toe Shoes

Day Two:

• Small container such as yogurt or sour cream container
• Mixing fork
• Small bucket
• Rags
• Small towel
• Rubber gloves
• Painters Tape
• SAFETY ITEMS REQUIRED: Safety Glasses, Closed-toe Shoes
