Workshop Location:  Ramada

Learn to use the vitrigraph kiln to make your own swiggle, wiggle, and curve stringers while using up some of your scrap glass.

This class with make Yellow/Orange stringers. Students supply 1/2 c. opaque Yellow/Orange scrap glass, 1/2 c. transparent Yellow/Orange scrap glass, and 1/2 c. clear scrap glass. All glass must be clean COE 96 and cut into approximately 1" pieces. Put your glass in a zip lock bag with your name on it and place it in the box marked "Vitrigraph Class" in the Ramada by noon THE DAY BEFORE CLASS. The box will be on the table to the left of the door into the Ramada. Class meets in the Ramada. 

General supplies to bring to class: 

Wear closed toe shoes, a long sleeve cotton shirt, long pants (jeans work best). If you have long hair, it must be tied back away from your face. Bring safety glasses, and a carry box to take your stringers home
