  • Using Vitrigraph Kiln using scrap COE 96 glass to make yellow/orange curve stringers and squiggle shapes.

RA ALL LEVELS

Learn to use the vitrigraph kiln to make your own squiggle, wiggle, and curve stringers while using up some of your scrap glass. This class with make YELLOW/ ORANGE stringers and leaf murrine.


Students supply 1/2 c. opaque yellow/orange scrap glass, 1/2 c. transparent yellow/orange scrap glass, and 1/2 c. clear scrap glass. All glass must be clean COE 96 and cut into approximately 1/2" pieces.(coarse frit size works great)

 Put your glass in a zip lock bag with your name on it and place it in the box marked "Vitrigraph Class" in the Ramada by noon  Saturday, 10/18/25  The box will be on the table to the left of the door into the Ramada. Class meets in the Ramada. 

Remember Wear closed toe shoes, a long sleeve cotton shirt, long pants (jeans work best). If you have long hair, it must be tied back away from your face. Bring safety glasses, and a carry box to take your stringers and murrine home.
