Want to use up some SCRAP glass?..  this class is for you! This is a fun Technique using nipped pieces of glass to make your piece. With this technique you can do all kinds of designs.

We have patterns for you to use (see photos) You may want to pre-nip your clear glass before class. All sizes of pieces will work under 1/2" for starters, but bring your nippers in case you need to adjust a piece. You will nip your color pieces in class. YOU MUST HAVE SCRAP GLASS FOR THIS CLASS

What to bring:

• Scrap glass clear (for the base and third layer)
  
• Transparent colors( for the body of the design)
  
• Clear Glue
  
• Nippers
  
• Papyrus paper (no larger than 12"x9"
  
• container to nip into
  
• a few toothpicks
  
• tweezers
  
• firing slip
  

Remember: Safety glasses and closed toe shoes are required. Please wear your name tags.

Cancellation Policy:  To cancel a workshop, members must submit a cancellation notice to the website calendar administrator at events.GVRGAC@gmail.com.

Effective June 1st, members scheduled for a workshop must cancel their signup at least 48 hours in advance (with exceptions in the event of an emergency).  If a member does not show up for a workshop , w/o proper notification given, they will be prohibited from registering for another workshop for 3 months.
